Layla Copeland Review

If you read my blog on a regular basis you know that I love handbags almost as much as I love my jewelry. I love myself a great clutch that can transition from running day to day errands to being able to shine at night.


Layla Copeland is a great clutch designer that also specializes in prints and clothing but she is best known for her great handbags. She designs great clutches that while they have a simple and streamlined form pack a huge punch with the types of fabrics that she uses.



Her clutches are great for casual elegance and I love the fact that the bags are not too fancy that they will only last one season. They are timeless bags that adds bold stylings to any look.


I love the fact that Layla Copeland clutches are bright and bold! Layla is not afraid to inject colour and unique fabric patterns into her clutches and bags because she knows that is what will truly capture someone's eye.



Layla is so sweet to work with and she also can do custom designs and can even create a whole set of clutches that would work perfectly as bridesmaid's gifts!

My Review:

For my review Layla was so kind to send me over an amazing clutch from Layla Copeland in order to conduct an in depth review


I was sent the amazing Eva Clutch which has an amazing circular dot pattern that is in a bright pink yellow and red! This clutch is perfect to dress up a casual outfit or as a great compliment for more dressy clothing.


The inside of the bag has a great pink interior that nicely compliments the exterior of the bag. The bag is made up of 100% cotton material.


The bag's interior also features a great little pocket that is perfect to store your id or credit cards or even some cash.


I was surprised at just how much this clutch was able to carry! I was able to fit in a bunch of lip glosses including a bulky Kiehls and eos lip balm, my phone, earrings and other items as well. I guess this is due to the fact that this clutch can expand to 4"!

I love how the bag fits nicely in my hand or if I need to have my hands free it also can comfortably be tucked under your arm. The clutch is nice and light so that you don't have to feel like you are lugging around weights everytime you carry it.

I love the amazing gift wrap that it came with! The lovely pink boxes and matching corresponding ribbon give the packaging a girly sophisticated feel. I also love that Emily was so sweet to write me a lovely card that is handmade!

I love how each piece is presented on an amazing card that continues with the girly feel of the packaging. Can you imagine getting this as a present?


The first item that was sent to me was the Glowing Minty Green Chalcedony and Hoop Earrings. These lovely flirty earrings feature lovely green Chalcedony briolettes that are suspended from textured 14k gold filled hoops. The earwires are also 14k gold filled, so it's perfect for those of you with sensitive ears.

These earrings are nice and light and are the perfect earrings for summer! They are nice and light and I love the luscious colour of the gems! They are super flirty and a great alternative to regular hoop earrings. I also love the fact that they are also only $25!


The second item was the lovely Pearl Coin and Heart Charm Necklace This lovely necklace features a freshwater pearl coin with a delicate puffed heart charm dangling in front of it.

I love the delicate nature of this necklace! It looks great with any outfit and the best part of this necklace in my opinion is the fact that it is only $28! It is a perfect present or if you are looking for something for your bridesmaids this would be the perfect compliment to any dress!

My Review:

I was so happy when Hello! Skinny Jeans contacted me and asked me if I was interested in doing a review and giveaway with them! I can never turn down a great skinny jean!


I was sent the NiteWash Barely Bootcut which is their classic, slimming jean in an ultra-dark, ultra-strength stretch denim. The NiteWash was designed to make everyone's legs look longer and slimmer.


I really love the look of these jeans and they are the perfect fit. While they are a bit long it's fine because the dark wash makes these the perfect going out jeans which means I would be wearing it with heels! But when I'm not wearing it with heels I tuck them into my flats.


I love the boost that these jeans give to my bum! I mean you can see that I actually have one (albeit small) but hey at least it's there! I love how the denim hugs my legs and they actually manage to not look so droopy on my skinny legs.

I also like the fact that they are not so crazy when it comes to washes and hardware. They keep it simple and keep the focus on the jeans itself. So that the great quality denim can shine through and that the focus can be on how good you look in the jeans.

Baby Come Back!

Sadness! Looks like I lost two followers since I have been taking a short hiatis! Sob! I know you might be thinking only two! But hey I love my followers and I value each and every one of you!
